Shipping Policy

Pawlido ships worldwide, and delivery is free on every order with no minimum spend. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Free shipping, everywhere
Every order ships free to every country we deliver to, at any weight and any order value. Nothing is added for delivery at checkout.

Delivery time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery then takes about 7 to 15 business days. This applies to the United Arab Emirates, the GCC, other Arab countries, Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States and the rest of the world. Remote areas and customs checks can add a few days.

Tracking your order
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can follow it any time from the Track My Order page on our website.

Customs and import charges
Any customs duty or import tax that your country applies is not included in the product price and is payable by the recipient.

Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment.
